Career Assessment

The Career assessment process is collaborative. Together we will identify and unpack your values, experiences, aptitude and personality to best guide your career development decisions. Various qualitative and quantitative tools will be used to help navigate this process and give more insight into your personal attributes (i.e., interests, values, preferences, motivations, aptitudes and skills).Through this process we can better identify your personal strengths and areas that may require further support in various domains of functioning. The results may assist in shifting or attuning your career path towards your strengths, and providing insight into how to support your areas that require further support in order for you to feel achievement and realise your potential in your career.

Career assessments may be valuable for grade 10, 11 or Grade 12 students who are unsure of their post high school career path. This process may help inform their decision making into what steps to take after high school.
